Registration

Upon visiting our center, you will receive information about our programs, the classroom, and our current availability. If you are offered an open spot, a completed Registration Form will be required, along with the $75 registration fee to hold that spot.

The Registration Form can be found in PDF form below. Other paper work needed to complete the registration process is also found below. All forms are required on or before the first day of attendance.
